Guaranteed counts are required 5 business days before your event. You may increase your count up to 2 days prior to your event; however we cannot accept decreases.

Deposit of 50% required to secure event date. Remaining balance due the day of event.

The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Checks-returned checks will incur a $30.00 returned check fee

72 hours prior to event - 100% of deposit forfeited.

6 days prior to event - 50% of deposit forfeited.
? 14 days prior to event - Full Refund.

All non-refundable deposits such as tent rentals will not be refunded.
